We run on the Hedera Hashgraph, we do not incur gas fees.

What is your return policy?
  • You can exchange product within 30 days.

  • Returned product should be unused and in its original condition.

  • You should return its package with invoice inside it. Otherwise, returned product will not be accepted.

What is an NFT?

NFT stands for Non-fungible token. That doesn’t make it any clearer. Right, sorry. “Non-fungible” more or less means that it’s unique and can’t be replaced with something else. For example, a bitcoin is fungible — trade one for another bitcoin, and you’ll have exactly the same thing. A one-of-a-kind trading card, however, is non-fungible. If you traded it for a different card, you’d have something completely different.

How can I buy an NFT? ?
  • Firstly, you should log in to our website with your account.

  • Then, you should add the item into your cart and continue with ordering process.

  • At the end, payment process starts. After you fill this information, click Submit button and finish ordering.
How does the blockchain purchase work?

There is no requirement for a specific wallet in order to purchase. When you purchase one of two things will happen:

1. If you already had a Hedera account created and we have that information, we will use that to transfer the token to you. 

2. If you do not already have a Hedera account (most people), we will create one for you as part of the fulfillment process. This information will then be available as part of your “My Account”. Your membership card will also be updated to reflect that. The token will then be transferred to your account. 

Once the token has been transferred, you will also receive an email with an NFT Proof Pass (Apple or Google wallet pass). This pass will contain all the information you need to be able to View / Download the actual asset and view the token on the blockchain. It will also visually represent the NFT. 

If you want to resell the NFT, you can initiate that process through your My Account page - if you click on the order, you will see an option to “Start Resale”. This will prompt you for information like - how long do you want to list it for and how much are you asking for.
